Delete your MeowPulse account

In the app: open MeowPulse, go to Settings, then Delete Account.

Without the app: email {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll reply to confirm.

What happens: your account is scheduled for deletion, and you're logged out everywhere. You have 30 days to change your mind by emailing us. After that, your account and its data are deleted: your cats' profiles, translations, Dr. Meow chats, Medical Cards and reports. Copies in backups are deleted within [BACKUP_RETENTION_DAYS] days. We keep a record that an account was deleted (no name or email) and technical records with no link to you.

Have a Pro subscription? Deleting your account doesn't cancel it. Cancel it in your App Store account settings.
